Because ordinary, normal people shouldn't have to put up with reboots, crashes, reinstallations, spyware, adware, ransomware, break-ins, trojan horses,
backdoors, worms, viruses, administrative headaches, call-home data, extreme slowness, being afraid of their computer or feeling guilty for having too many
windows open or being made to feel stupid because Windows was designed poorly (assuming it was designed at all) and written equally poorly or many, many other
problems with Microsoft Windows. &mdash; Tom
