 <glasscapt> I constantly have conversations with people who don't even know about Linux and are totally confused when I explain that there are operating systems other than Windows.  Although sometimes I get the response, "oh, you mean Chromebooks?"..  ugh

* Peace, Linux is safe and reliable and I need not worry about what I do on it
* Privacy, the operating system sends no data back, not even debugging telemetry, and most applications don't either
* Pleasure, it is a pleasure to use with its smoothness and speed and power
* Power, UNIX is the most powerful operating system I know, and Linux has its power
* Performance, Linux is fast and responsive, even on older computers
* Property, I own Linux, you own Linux, we all own Linux, and it makes our computers our property
